生科院新购置的 BD FACSAria™ Fusion 流式细胞仪 现已完成调试和设备验收，正在办理资产入库。为尽快满足实验人员的细胞分选需求，学院已经举行一场理论培训和三场上机培训，并已经于 10月15日 起面向生科院师生试运行。为满足用户需求，拟于本月底再次安排两场上机培训，请有需要的用户不要错过。

三、仪器使用交流

请添加生科 BD FACSAria™ Fusion 技术交流群。群内已有原厂工程师进驻，可就仪器使用与应用问题进行答疑。后续的培训及考核通知也将通过该微信群发布。

四、关于仪器预约使用

1、培训要求

所有用户须完成生科院或校内外科研单位组织的 BD FACSAria™ Fusion 或 BD FACSAria™ III 仪器培训（理论 + 上机时间不少于 4 学时）。（例如学校分析测试中心举行的台州楼307实验室FACSAria III 流式细胞分选仪培训）

由于技术差异，除 BD FACSAria™ Fusion 与 BD FACSAria™ III 外，其他型号 BD FACSAria™ 仪器及非 BD 品牌分选仪的培训记录均 不适用于 本仪器的使用。

2、考核要求

所有用户须通过学院组织的一对一上机考核，考核时间约三小时，内容包括：开机、操作、关机、废弃物处理及基本维护。

3、预约权限与使用

通过培训与考核的用户可在系统内申请开通仪器预约权限。

Dear ALL,

We are pleased to inform you that the newly acquired BD FACSAria™ Fusion Flow Cytometer at the School of Life Sciences has completed its setup and acceptance testing, and is currently in the process of asset registration. To meet the cell sorting needs of researchers, the school has conducted a theoretical training session and three hands-on training sessions. Since 15 October, the equipment has been available for trial use by our School. To accommodate further user demand, we will be holding two additional hands-on training sessions at the end of this month. Please do not miss this opportunity.

3. User Communication

Please join the BD FACSAria™ Fusion technical WeChat group for discussions and updates.
BD’s technical engineers are available in the group to provide direct support on operational and application-related enquiries.
Future training announcements and competency assessments will also be released through this channel.

4. Instrument Access and Booking

1. Training Requirement

All users are required to complete a minimum of four hours of combined theoretical and practical training on either the BD FACSAria™ Fusion or BD FACSAria™ III system, organised by the School of Life Sciences or another recognised research institution. For example, SUSTech Core Research Facilities (SCRF) occasionally offers training for the BD FACSAria™ III in the Taizhou Hall, Room 307.
Please note that training certificates for other BD FACSAria™ models or non-BD sorters will not be accepted due to technical differences.

(2) Competency Assessment
All users must pass a one-on-one practical assessment organised by the School. The assessment (approximately three hours) will cover startup, operation, shutdown, waste disposal, and basic maintenance procedures.
